Le grand portail pr\u00e9sente des montants orn\u00e9s des bossages typiques des environs de Catane, t\u00e9moignant ainsi la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un ma\u00eetre artisan de cette zone (Fig. b).<br \/>Deux fen\u00eatres \u00e0 encadrement lisse et surmont\u00e9es d&rsquo;une architrave moulur\u00e9e encadrent la porte. L&rsquo;\u00e9tage sup\u00e9rieur poss\u00e8de trois balcons (Fig. c), dont celui au centre pr\u00e9sente un entablement moulur\u00e9 surmont\u00e9 du blason de la famille Battaglia (Fig. d).<br \/>La fa\u00e7ade post\u00e9rieure qui donne sur la Via Chiaramonte est le fruit de l&rsquo;agrandissement du palais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au milieu du XVIIIe s. Elle est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une entr\u00e9e d\u00e9limit\u00e9e par des montants moulur\u00e9s qui soutiennent une architrave. Un mur curviligne en pierre lisse contraste avec la ma\u00e7onnerie en pierres brutes de la fa\u00e7ade et entoure une fen\u00eatre ovale dont la corniche en pierre est orn\u00e9e de moulures (Fig. e). Le balcon sup\u00e9rieur de forme curviligne est soutenu par neuf consoles sculpt\u00e9es. Deux grandes fen\u00eatres s&rsquo;ouvrent sur ce balcon ainsi qu&rsquo;une fen\u00eatre centrale de forme curviligne. Le sous-toit est \u00e9clair\u00e9 par trois fen\u00eatres circulaires encadr\u00e9es de corniches en pierre. Cette fa\u00e7ade est le fruit du g\u00e9nie de ma\u00eetres artisans qui ont parfaitement suivi les r\u00e8gles du dessin architectural des trait\u00e9s. La diff\u00e9rente facture des deux fa\u00e7ades en fait s\u00fbrement un des \u00e9difices les plus originaux de Ragusa Ibla. \u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, l&rsquo;\u00e9difice conserve encore le
