Sa reconstruction d\u00e9marra en 1702, et se poursuivit pendant plus d&rsquo;un si\u00e8cle avant de s&rsquo;achever en 1848.<br \/>Elle se dresse au sommet d&rsquo;un imposant escalier en <em>pierre pece<\/em> en forme d&rsquo;ostensoir (Fig. a). La fa\u00e7ade est b\u00e2tie sur trois niveaux et pr\u00e9sente une tour \u00e0 fa\u00e7ades convexe qui s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve au niveau de la nef centrale, dont la verticalit\u00e9 est accentu\u00e9e par les trois colonnes plac\u00e9es de part et d&rsquo;autre sur chacun des niveaux (Fig. b). Au premier niveau, la fa\u00e7ade s&rsquo;ouvre sur un portail central surmont\u00e9 d&rsquo;un somptueux d\u00e9cor et est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e sur le haut par une balustrade en pierre. Le second niveau accueille une grande fen\u00eatre et se raccorde au reste de la fa\u00e7ade par deux grandes volutes. Enfin, le troisi\u00e8me niveau fait office de cage de clocher et est surmont\u00e9 d&rsquo;un imposant pignon portant une horloge (Fig. c).<br \/>L&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, riche en d\u00e9corations et en stucs dor\u00e9s, pr\u00e9sente un plan en croix latine compos\u00e9 de cinq nefs et d&rsquo;un transept, la coupole se dressant au niveau de la crois\u00e9e du transept (Fig. d). Les nefs s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs, chacune est illumin\u00e9e par de hautes fen\u00eatres.<br \/>La tribune en bois marquet\u00e9 plac\u00e9e au fond du presbyt\u00e8re est surmont\u00e9e d&rsquo;un grand polyptyque du XVIe s. r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Bernardo Niger (Fig. e).<br \/>Sur le mur int\u00e9rieur de la fa\u00e7ade principale est \u00e9galement expos\u00e9e une <em>Adoration des bergers<\/em>, peinture sur bois de la fin du XVIe s. attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 Carlo Cane, peintre pi\u00e9montais (Fig. f). Le pavement, \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine en <em>pierre pece<\/em>, fut remplac\u00e9 par un dallage en marbre et d\u00e9cor\u00e9 d&rsquo;un cadran solaire dessin\u00e9 devant le
